Terms and conditions

By accessing, viewing or ordering from the Lube.com website, you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may not access Lube.com site. All references to Lube.com in this agreement shall include the www.Lube.com web site, Lube.com, LLC and its directors, employees, consultants, agents and attorneys as applicable.

Access to Lube.com is restricted to the individuals 18 years of age and older.

Discrete Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00PM PST (7:00PM EST) go to the warehouse the next business day. UPS Ground and US Priority Mail often take 2-3 business days to ship and then will be delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the distance the order has to travel. If an order is submitted after Thursday at 7:00pm EST, it will be received at the warehouse to begin processing on Monday morning as the warehouse is closed weekends. That will add days to the potential delivery. Your products will be shipped in plain cardboard boxes. The originating address will also be discreet.

We cannot guarantee safe delivery to non-USA countries. Therefore, we are currently only offering our products to addresses within the United States (includes AK/HI).

Returns & Replacements

You must contact us (returns@Lube.com) if you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order and the Returns Department will handle your return smoothly.

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or replace for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address you receive from Lube.com. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please email returns@Lube.com.

If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may incur a 25% restocking fee or not receive any refund at all.

We have thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements, due to the size.

In your return package please include:

  • The packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem was
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
  • **If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!**

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be applied to your balance for a future order or refunded to your credit card.

Inventory information

We do not keep all merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change daily. If any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the amount of the “Out of Stock” items.

Customer Service

Lube.com is very concerned with customer service. We will make every effort to respond to our customer queries, feedback and order information as quickly as possible. However, due to changes in order volume, there may be delays in our response time to your request. Please submit any requests by using the email forms located on our 'Contact Us' page, and throughout the site. If you prefer, you can also fax us at 800-749-2618.

Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use Lube.com, we may ask for personal information. You have the option to withhold information, but this may affect the ability to use some or all of our services. All personal information submitted through Lube.com is entered into our databases via secure systems. These secure systems are encrypted by Godaddy SSL. Lube.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do NOT sell email addresses or any personal information to 3rd parties. In order to fulfill orders we may be required to give your information to 3rd parties such as US Mail or UPS. Those companies are required by us to protect your information and privacy. This Privacy Policy covers any personal information Lube.com obtains from you when you use our site. By using this site, you agree to the terms of our policy.

New User Registration

By making a purchase, you become a registered user of Lube.com. Required personal information includes; billing address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. You can access your account using your unique login ID and password entered during registration. For customer security, Lube.com does not store credit card information. You will be required to enter this information each time you order. You do not have to be a registered user to browse Lube.com's website. You are not required to register to complete and place orders. If you do register we highly recommend you take steps to protect your privacy. Keep your login ID and password private! If you forget your password you can retrieve it by going to My Account. Under the login form click Forgot Your Password? and then submit the email address used when registering.

18+ Age Restrictions - Lube.com is intended for adults. An adult is recognized as being 18years of age or older. If you register with Lube.com and we learn you do not meet the agerequirements, we will delete your registration and notify you of the account cancellation throughemail.

 

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done at the member information page or by emailing our Customer Support.

Appropriate Use of Information

None of the products, services or information sold or distributed through Lube.com are intended for use without appropriate health and safety knowledge on the part of the user. While we may occasionally provide suggestions for how to use our products more safely, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that they are not used in any way that could prove harmful to the user or to others. None of the information provided on the Lube.com web site is intended to replace consultation with a lawyer or with a physician, mental health professional or other health care provider. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

18 U.S.C.Section 2257 Compliance Statement
